Are you a law graduate eager to build your career in insolvency and bankruptcy law? We are looking for a Fresher Advocate to join our team, with a keen interest in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 , and related litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and filing applications under Sections 7, 9, 10, 95, and 97 of the IBC
- Draft legal pleadings, affidavits, and rejoinders for matters before NCLT and NCLAT
- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and judicial precedents under IBC
- Attend court proceedings and assist in briefing senior advocates
- Coordinate with Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, and stakeholders involved in CIRP and liquidation processes
- Maintain case records, cause lists, and hearing schedules

The annual CTC for this position ranges from ₹2.4 lakhs to ₹3.6 lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience.
