Job description

What will you do?

  • Oversee the tracking of customer campaign deployment plans for Email and SMS.
  • Adapt and apply the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers.
  • Establish and maintain project communications and schedules.
  • Identify and manages project issues and resolution.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria.
  • Liaison between the marketers and the execution team. Day-to-Day point of contact for
  • projects, for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure Emails & SMS deliverables follow industry best practices & brand compliance.
  • Analyze the campaign requests, brief, and oversee work with internal and external
  • stakeholders & ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work
  • output possible.
  • Ability to comprehend problems and articulate solutions in a way that is wholly aligned with
  • the business strategy and easy to understand for clients.

What will you need?

  • 6+ years of overall experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in email / SMS
  • marketing and other channel deployment or campaign management.
  • Excellent English written, and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively, and
  • efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization and onshore stakeholders.
  • Should have good knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Should have prior work experience with US / UK / APAC / EMEA clients in similar domain.
  • Knowledge on email marketing / data base marketing Tool
  • Proficient in reporting and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills. Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proven ability to manage and multi-task per assigned timelines in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills.
  • Should be an excellent team player.
  • Working expertise with Windows OS, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
  • Prior experience working on Marketing Automation and Cross Channel Campaign
  • management software like UNICA, SFMC, MARKETO, SAS or SAP CRM will be a huge plus.
  • Proficient with Excel macros / pivot tables
  • Data Handling and Analysis
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS, any marketing automation tool is a bonus
