Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager at Skinfiniti Aesthetic skin and laser clinic located in Khar, Mumbai. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, develop and implement operational policies, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining budgets, coordinating with healthcare providers, organizing staff training sessions, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and patients to deliver efficient service and care.
1. Clinic Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the clinic
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and waiting time management
- Maintain inventory of consumables, injectables, lasers, dermatoscopes, and skincare products
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling with accuracy and transparency
2. Patient Experience & Service Quality
Welcome patients, address concerns, and ensure a seamless experienceMaintain high standards of hygiene, privacy, and comfortEnsure proper counselling is provided pre- and post-treatmentMonitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction3. Staff Coordination & HR
Supervise front-desk executives, therapists, nurses, and support staffTrain new staff in SOPs, etiquette, and patient handlingPrepare staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure disciplineFoster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment4. Support to Doctors
Assist dermatologists with operational needs during proceduresEnsure treatment rooms are ready with required instruments and consumablesCoordinate with doctors to optimise treatment plans and follow-up schedules5. Compliance, SOPs & Documentation
Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, sterilization protocols, and safety standardsMaintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentialityOversee consent forms, pre-procedure documentation, and treatment notesEnsure compliance with biomedical waste management rules and regulatory guidelines6. Marketing & Business Growth
Coordinate social media content, before–after pictures, and patient success storiesManage promotional campaigns, events, and collaborationsTrack monthly targets, revenue performance, and service growth metricsRecommend improvements based on patient demand and service trends7.
