Provide exceptional traveler care and customer services to corporate clients
Accurately complete end to end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangement for air, hotel, rail, request for ticketing, fares, routings and visa request for corporate travelers.
Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic and International critical itineraries – geographical knowledge is mandatory
Open to work 24 / 7 environment, roster off, week end working, public holidays and festivals
Managing building relationship with VFS and embassies plus vendors in order to get timely confirmations
Co-ordinate internally with departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA
Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk instructions are read and complied
Excellent customer service and communications skills – written and verbal
Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest logical fares and preferred carrier usage in co-ordination with clients travel polices
Research and resolve client inquiries / issues at point of sale, coach develop and mentor peers, new / junior travel consultants
Comply with all legal and industry standards. Embrace the role of providing superior consultative value to clients versus just being an order taker
Ensure each PNR contains standard documentation and document any exceptions handled during the reservations process
Experience & Skills :
Graduate. Diploma, degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage
3-4 relevant experience in travel domain
Build excellent relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors
Should be a team player and manage show alone if required
GDS experience is mandatory – Galileo & Amadeus.
Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology / tools will be an added advantage
