Role Summary :
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chat Sales Specialist who can turn normal conversations into lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll manage inbound queries across digital platforms, generate and nurture leads via LinkedIn, and convert warm prospects into paying clients through thoughtful engagement and consultative selling. The ideal candidate brings high-end selling skills, exceptional communication, and persuasive abilities, along with a structured approach to lead nurturing and closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound queries across social media and other channels, converting conversations into sales.
Generate qualified leads through proactive LinkedIn outreach— connect, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients.
Conduct audio or video consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, align solutions, and close sales effectively.
Re-engage past leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email to revive interest and drive conversions with contextual follow-ups.
Maintain median first response time under 15 minutes during coverage hours
Maintain a structured daily tracker capturing lead activities, conversions, and action plans to ensure transparency and consistent performance tracking.
Lift DM to booked call conversion to at least 25 percent on warm leads
Qualifications Required :
3–8 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or related roles (preferably catering to Europe, US, or Singapore markets).
Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales through chats and virtual consultations.
Strong ability to convert conversations into sales using structured selling techniques.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized with a proactive approach to follow-ups, tracking, and lead management.
