Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategic outreach plans to attract prospective students, including high school and college visits, career fairs, and online campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and other relevant networks to promote our programs. Coordinate events such as open houses, webinars, and information sessions to increase awareness and engagement with potential students. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials that highlight the school's unique offerings. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and answering inquiries. Organize and lead campus tours, student panels, and Q&A sessions to give applicants a comprehensive view of the school's culture and programs. Develop personalized communication strategies to keep prospective students informed and engaged throughout their application journey. Collect and assess feedback from prospective students to continuously improve engagement strategies and address any common concerns. Track and analyze key metrics related to outreach, applications, and admissions, using data to inform future strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Admissions, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to enhance recruitment efforts. Collaborate with institutional research to support enrollment forecasting and target-setting.

Admissions Management
- Oversee and coordinate the admissions process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and a seamless experience for applicants.
- Review and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make admissions recommendations aligned with the school's standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to understand program offerings and communicate their value effectively to prospective students.
- Monitor and analyze admissions data, reporting on conversion rates and suggesting improvements to the admissions process.
