Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Prospect, connect, and pitch the Talent Suite to HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners.
  • Convert hot and cold leads provided by the company into paying customers.
  • Conduct product demos and explain service benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Marketing

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content on LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Participate in promotional events, webinars, and recruitment drives to boost brand awareness.
  • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to improve positioning and campaigns.

    • Requirements

  • Experience : 1–3 years in sales, marketing, business development, or inside sales (HR Tech, SaaS, recruitment services preferred).
  • Communication : Strong spoken and written English and Hindi; excellent presentation skills.
  • Sales Acumen : Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
  • Marketing Skills : Understanding of digital marketing basics (social media, email marketing, lead nurturing).
  • Tech-Friendly : Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online communication platforms.
  • Mindset : Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
