Patent Analyst - IPR Life Science role with Leading Law Firm
We need to hire three to four Patent analyst for the IPR – Life Sciences team.
We are looking for hiring fresh PhD or MSc candidates from chemistry or Bio-chemistry streams for the role of Patent Analyst .
We are only looking for people with % and above throughout Class th, th and Graduation from reputed colleges.
Experience – 0 to 2 years of experience.

The processes you will be exposed to will include :
a. Assisting clients in preparing first invention disclosure document(s).
Understanding the invention in a meeting with inventors and capturing
necessary details required to write an invention disclosure in the
meeting.
b. Drafting of Provisional and Complete Specification of various
computer, electronics, communication and mechanical inventions.c. Handling procedural aspects of filing and prosecution of a patent
application and ensuring that all required documents, forms, etc. are
filed.
d. Prosecuting domestic and foreign (PCT, Convention) patent
applications, providing reply to examiners regarding novelty and
inventive step issues, and suggesting a strategy to overcome
substantive and procedural rejections received from any patent office
in accordance with their specific requirements.
e. Communicating with the client including receiving new cases, notifying
the client about progress in / completion of a case, sending documents
and updates to the clients in a timely manner.
f. Performing prior art analysis of invention disclosures received from
clients
g. Performing Patent analytics which includes Patent Landscaping, Claim
Mapping, Freedom to operate searches (FTO), Invalidity, Enforceability
