Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi for a Senior Executive in Procurement (Operations / Booking). The role involves managing end-to-end reservations, coordinating with suppliers for better prices and services, and ensuring smooth operations. It includes handling customer and stakeholder queries, resolving on-road issues, and confirming upcoming services to avoid last-minute challenges. The role also involves identifying operational gaps, collaborating with teams across locations, and contributing to overall sales and service quality.

  • Destination knowledge of Europe is mandtory.
  • Using various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and contracts to make reservations of hotels , attractions , tours etc,.
  • Talking to suppliers about improving prices and services, which will increase cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Taking full responsibility for customer support, making sure that customers are happy with all of their encounters with the business.
  • Answering incoming calls from diverse stakeholders including customers, agents, and suppliers.
  • Addressing and escalating any difficulties with on-road issues, coordinating with suppliers and agents to ensure a speedy resolution.
  • Verifying and confirming all upcoming services in advance, aiming to proactively mitigate last-minute complications.
  • Identifying any issues that arise due to operational team activities and collaborating to find solutions that prevent such problems in the future.
  • Collaborating with overseas team members, colleagues within the office, and members of other city offices to enhance overall performance and outcomes.
  • Playing a role in generating sales and revenue for the company, assisting in achieving financial goals.
