Key Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze large datasets (cloud & on-premise) using statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and data mining to uncover business opportunities and historical trends.
• Automation & Advanced Tools : Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation, automation, and building interactive dashboards for streamlined reporting.
• CRM & Data Management : Manage and optimize CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM / Analytics) to analyze customer behavior, improve lead management, and enable data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Reporting & Storytelling : Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate insights and influence decision-making.
• Process Optimization : Lead analytics initiatives, automate workflows, and improve business processes to support long-term strategic outcomes.
