Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP, Web, Mobile App Testing and API Testing
Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level, and feature level testing.
Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing, including both positive and negative cases.
Additionally, the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches, such as using AI tools for test case generation, call flow analysis, automation assistance in VoIP system.

Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities.
Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis, planning, design, and problem resolution.
Experience in use of Softphones and IP Phones or any SIP traffic generating tool like SIPp tool
Experience with Bug reporting in Agile framework using any bug tracking tools.
Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol Analyzer applications such as WireShark, Fiddler, etc.
Having experience in mobile app testing, UC Testing and Mobile VoIP dialer testing
Skills Required (Primary)
Understanding of SIP protocol network
Understanding of PBX system features
Basic Knowledge of RESTFUL Web Service & HTTP protocol.
Knowledge of fs_cli for how to check FreeSwitch logs or Asterisk logs
Knowledge of Linux & Networking concepts to basic troubleshooting
Good organizational and problem understanding skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to express & work fluently with least handholding.
Knowledge Of UI test tools for Desktop applications like Selenium, Cypress, Playwrite etc.
