What We're Looking For :

Experience : 5–7 years in instructional design for primary education

Location : Onsite - Noida

Must-Have Skills :

Hindi Expertise : Native / fluent in spoken & written Hindi

Educational Framework Knowledge : FLN, NIPUN Bharat, NEP 2020 implementation

Curriculum Mastery : NCERT & UP State Board principles and learning outcomes

Content Creation : Storyboards, lesson plans, engaging worksheets for Grades 1–5

Foundational Learning Focus : Age-appropriate content aligned with learning goals

Your Impact :

Design Hindi medium educational content for primary students

Create storyboards and interactive learning materials

Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and education leaders

Implement India's educational policies in practical content

Shape the future of foundational literacy and numeracy

Ideal Candidate :

Bachelor's / Master's in Education, Hindi Literature, or related field

Proven track record in primary education content development

Deep understanding of child psychology and learning methodologies

Experience with foundational learning frameworks
