Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations. This is a high-impact role focused on HR strategy, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and fostering a strong culture within a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with empathy and effectiveness
- Drive engagement initiatives and improve employee satisfaction across the organization
- Develop HR policies in line with company values and remote work best practices
- Partner with team leads and department heads to support organizational goals
- Monitor employee performance metrics and support performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and company policies
- Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development
Key Requirements
MBA in HR from a recognized institution (mandatory)10–15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on people management and grievance handlingProven ability to manage remote teams and foster engagement virtuallyStrong understanding of HR best practices, and employee relationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsProactive, empathetic, and highly organized approachWhat We Offer
