Magellanic Cloud - Backend Developer - Java / Python

What You'll Do :

• Develop Scalable Backend Systems : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Python and one of Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Framework Expertise : Work with popular frameworks like Flask, Django, Node.js, or Spring Boot to build high-performance applications.
• Cloud-Native Architecture : Contribute to the architecture and implementation of cloud-native systems leveraging AWS / GCP and Kubernetes.
• Data Management : Interact with and optimize SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB), ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Distributed Systems : Apply your knowledge of Distributed Systems principles to build resilient and high-availability applications.
• Data Streaming & Processing : Work with data streaming and processing technologies like Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
• AI / ML Integration : Contribute to AI-driven platforms with exposure to AI / ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Monitoring & Operations : Utilize Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Development Practices : Collaborate within an Agile development environment, using Git for version control and contributing to CI / CD We're Looking For :
• Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer.
• Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python and at least one of : Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Frameworks : Experience with Flask, Django, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Cloud & Orchestration : Solid knowledge of Distributed Systems, AWS / GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Databases & Data Processing : Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and technologies like Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
• AI / ML (Exposure) : Exposure to AI / ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn,

or Keras.
