Job Summary
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking professional to support communication, customer engagement, and daily operations with Chinese-speaking clients and internal teams. The role requires strong language skills, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
- Facilitate communication between Chinese- and English-speaking teams.
- Handle documentation, reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination.
- Translate and localize emails, presentations, and internal materials.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting notes, proposals, and operational reports.
- Help improve workflows and communication processes.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Chinese Speaking, Reading & Writing.2+ years of experience in communications, customer service, operations, or related roles.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience in communications, customer service, or operations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
