We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef – Chinese to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, menu execution, staff supervision, and ensuring high culinary standards.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of European & Western cuisines and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
