Pega Certified Senior System Architect (Cssa)Technical Lead

Responsibilities Lead technical design, development, and implementation of complex Pega solutions. Architect robust and scalable Pega PRPC applications, including case types, data models, integrations, and UI components. Provide hands-on leadership to the development team, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Guide and mentor junior developers on Pega concepts and standards. Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive production deployments. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.

Required Skills 7-12 years of IT experience , with a

minimum of 6+ years in Pega PRPC development . Pega CSSA certified

Strong experience in Pega rules : activities, data transforms, flows, UI rules, declaratives, integrations (SOAP / REST), agents, decision tables, reporting, and correspondence. Expertise in creating reusable components, data pages, integrations, and case management features. Good understanding of Pega deployment, versioning, and CI / CD concepts.
