Operations manager

Job Description

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 2 manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for managing safety, production, planning, warehouse, logistics and maintenance and team performance to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Management :

Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient production.

Identify inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and implement lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff, supervisors, and support teams.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Manage operational budgets, control costs, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, MBA will be an added advantage

15 ~20 years of experience in operations or plant management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
