Candidate Location : Navi Mumbai, Thane & Harbour Line

Experience : 2–3 Years Experience

Office Location : Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

CTC : Negotiable based on experience

Qualification - Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR

Working – 6 Days Working along with Hybrid mode

Role - IT and Non-IT Recruitment, Onboarding of New Candidates, Compliance and Other HR Operations End to End Activity

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have a knack for identifying talent, enjoy collaborating with managers, and have prior experience recruiting for IT and BPO roles, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential fits
• Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and share candidate feedback
• Draft and update job descriptions in line with hiring needs
• Support job offer discussions and communicate benefits clearly to selected candidates
• Assist with smooth onboarding of new hires
• Maintain and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes
