Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations.

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
