Description :
The position requires a highly seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Architect with strong expertise across data integration, management, delivery, and user-centred information consumption. The ideal candidate will have led multiple enterprise-scale initiatives across the full software development lifecycle, with a primary focus on modern BI architecture design, platform evolution, and analytics enablement. This individual will play a critical role in designing and scaling solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Skills : Must have –
- Balanced mix of technical and business skills
- Strong abilities in problem identification and solving
- Strategic direction – both conforming to and helping to define
- Proficient with BI technologies (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, etc.)
- Fully capable of defining and verifying semantic models, analytics frameworks, and OLAP strategies
- Database design for large-scale analytical workloads with performance tuning and optimization
- Proficient with SQL, report forms, consumption devices, usage analytics, and access models
- Ability to evaluate architectural design options and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to instil and reinforce a strong customer service and business-oriented ethic in the entire team
- Ability to balance between data governance, technical feasibility, and business agility
- Strong management and leadership skills with a proactive participative management style
- Ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment
