Job Description :
- Overall 3 – 6 years’ Experience in Server Management Administration.
- Experience in Server (physical / VM) installation, maintenance & decommissioning
- Profound Linux OS operations experience
- knowledge in hypervisor operations (XEN and VMware)
- Expérience on installation, Configuration and maintenance config SFTP.
- Expérience on installation, Configuration and maintenance config samba and NFS.
- LVM (Logical Volume Manager) administration like Creating, deleting and extending file systems.
- User management like Creating, deleting, Modifying users and groups.
- Additionally, associate level knowledge in at least one public cloud landscape (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Basic knowledge in automation tools and (e.g. chef) and scripting (e.g. bash, Perl)
- Able to provide knowledge transfer from certain technology areas towards 2nd level technical support
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Need to be a team player

- Bachelor or master’s degree
- Willingness to travel
- Able to link the business wish to an IT solution
- Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow
- Business Travel : Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Deliver 3rd level technical support in compliance with customer SLAsDaily Compute operations (Events / Incidents / SR / CR / RCA ..) following ITIL processesServer installation, maintenance, monitoring, decommission and special configurations beyond automated tasksStorage Operations based on netapp-nfsPackage / repository management and OS image maintenancePatch Management using BladeLogic AutomationServer related Monitoring / Alert configuration and rolloutsPerformance tests and analysisRoot Cause Analysis for customer incidentsService / Task documentation, testing, quality management and knowledge transferassist 2nd level technical support in complex taskswillingness to participate in an OnCall setup which may include weekends or public holidays if required by the projectThat is what makes us special :
