Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for our Inside Sales department.
  • This individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering a high performing sales culture.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of inside sales processes and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Coaching :

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback, set clear expectations, and ensure ongoing professional development.
  • Provide training on sales techniques, CRM tools, product knowledge, and company sales processes.
  • Sales Strategy & Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Monitor daily activities of the sales team to ensure productivity, lead generation, and conversion rates are meeting targets.
  • Assist in closing high-value or complex deals, providing expertise and support to team members when needed.
  • Performance Tracking & Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the team and track performance against sales targets.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, including sales metrics, revenue generation, and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration & Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and customer outreach.

  • Address any issues or escalations from customers, resolving them promptly and Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
