Job description2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or a related field. Strong programming skills in C++ or C , with familiarity in Python and Linux environments. Solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills. Experience in high-frequency trading or fast-paced startup environments is a plus. Self-driven, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative.

Our client is looking for an exceptional Senior Quantitative Researcher to join a high-performance team developing next-generation trading systems and driving research innovation across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms.
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with traders and engineers to enhance strategy efficiency and execution.
- Develop predictive models for market behavior and price dynamics.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns , fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
