Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Manager role located in Perundurai. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruiting, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Employee relations and conflict resolution experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• strong experience in company policies
• solid experience in payroll process ,PF, ESI compliance.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
