mPACT2WO a MOLEX Business, is seeking qualified professionals to consider for a Engineer, Software Testing role supporting the group to deliver the quality IIoT product from Bangalore / Hyderabad location . The mPACT2WO group provides a smart IoT solutions for Industrial consumer by automating the safety processes using live sensors to reduce the down time and provide a real time monitoring of industrial health.

The Engineer, Software Testing will be responsible for Analyzing the requirements, Test Plan, Execution and automating the repetitive tasks to improve the performance and delivery. Will be also responsible for collaboration with different stake holders and providing a appropriate status of release. Also, will be responsible for final delivery, processes involved to achieve the delivery.

We are at early stages of product development. We are actively looking for smart and motivated professionals across levels who can join us on the journey to build a platform for Industrial consumer.

What You Will Do

• Ensure Validation / Verification of assigned / owned modules in all the environments, report bugs and follow-up them to closure.
• Develop automation scripts, maintain, analyze, and optimize on daily basis.
• Work in an Agile / Scrum development methodology to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, and testing.
• Works collaboratively with QA, development, and business groups to complete testing.
• Follow the organization visions and policies, motivate / help fellow team members to follow the same.
