Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and experience in end-to-end implementation cycles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities.
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as :
1. Inventory
2. Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal)
3. Order Management
4. Product Hub
5. Manufacturing (optional but preferred)
Lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration.Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and enhancement management.Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.Required Skills and Experience :
5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with minimum 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.Strong functional knowledge of at least two or more Oracle SCM Cloud modules.Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.Proficiency in documentation : BR100, MD50, Test Scripts, User Manuals.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with business stakeholders.Understanding of integration points between SCM and Finance / Projects modules is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Oracle Cloud SCM Certification (e.g., Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud)Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI / ADFDI tools.Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.Experience in manufacturing or retail domains is a plus.ref : hirist.tech)
