Position Summary
The role is responsible for driving sales and marketing activities for Clear Brine Fluids, mud chemicals, and drilling fluid solutions in both onshore and offshore markets. The position requires strong technical understanding, established industry relationships, and a proven track record in selling specialty chemicals used in drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for Clear Brine Fluids and related specialty chemical products.
- Drive business development for mud chemicals with a strong focus on drilling fluid applications.
- Manage and expand customer relationships across oil & gas, drilling contractors, and service companies.
- Promote and sell Cesium Formate and its blends for onshore as well as offshore drilling operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Support commercial negotiations, proposal preparation, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, QA / QC) to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
Proven expertise in selling Clear Brine Fluids.Specialization in mud chemicals with deep exposure to drilling fluids applications.Hands-on sales experience with Cesium Formate and its blends (onshore & offshore).Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Ability to travel frequently as required.How to Apply
