Job Description : Senior Account Director
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly strategic, dynamic, and seasoned Senior Account Director to lead client relationships, drive exceptional project delivery, and contribute significantly to business growth within an integrated marketing communications environment. Prior experience managing large-scale events and high-value accounts is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Leadership :
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their brand guidelines, objectives, and long-term vision. Build and nurture strong client partnerships, proactively addressing needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
Strategic Direction & Planning :
Lead and contribute to high-level brainstorming and strategy sessions with cross-functional teams. Develop innovative, insight-driven communication and event strategies that align with client goals and strengthen brand impact.
Project & Account Management :
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including the development of presentation decks, project frameworks, timelines, and detailed checklists. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency across multiple projects.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration :
Provide guidance and direction to creative, strategy, and production teams. Foster seamless coordination, ensure resource alignment, and maintain a collaborative environment that enhances performance and drives excellence.
Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight :
Take full ownership of project quality and timely delivery. Ensure work is executed within budget and meets client expectations. Conduct meticulous quality checks and provide strategic oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Performance Reporting & Insights :
Monitor and report on overall account health, team performance, and project outcomes. Analyse data to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend areas for optimization. Present clear, strategic updates to internal leadership and clients.
Leadership & Business Growth :
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation. Actively contribute to new business pitches, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support the growth of key accounts.
