Job Title : MicroStrategy (MSTR) Developer

Experience : 2 to 6 Years

Location : Pune (Work from Office)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy (MSTR) Developer to join our dynamic data analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data warehousing (DWH), data modeling, reporting, and production support with hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy development.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Implement and manage user roles, security filters, and access controls within the MicroStrategy environment.
Develop and optimize metrics, prompts, filters, and other schema objects.
Conduct data quality checks and support ETL teams in optimizing data integration processes.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of existing reports and dashboards for performance and accuracy.
Work closely with the data warehouse team to ensure seamless data flow and report generation.
Support production environments by monitoring jobs, addressing user queries, and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills :

2-6 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy (MSTR) development.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.

Experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis.

Good command of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).

Exposure to ETL processes and their optimization.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
