Security Engineer

Position : Security Engineer (AppSec / Description :

As a Security Engineer at Stalwart Innovations, you will play a vital role in strengthening our security posture across our applications and cloud environments.

You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and promoting secure coding practices.

Your expertise in either Application Security (AppSec) or Cloud Security (CloudSec), or ideally both, will be crucial in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Security (AppSec) :

• Conduct security reviews (static / dynamic analysis - SAST / DAST) of application code and designs throughout the SDLC.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of web and mobile applications.
• Work with development teams to remediate identified security vulnerabilities and implement secure coding best practices.
• Integrate security tools and processes into CI / CD pipelines (DevSecOps).

Cloud Security (CloudSec) :

Incident Response (Basic) :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with a focus on Application Security and / or Cloud Security.

AppSec Expertise :

CloudSec Expertise :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related engineering field.
