What You'll Do :
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech positions
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and outbound strategies
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements
- Develop and implement hiring strategies that support speed and quality goals
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Maintain recruitment data and analytics for reporting and optimization
- Support generalist HR functions (onboarding, policies, culture, etc.) as needed
- Develop, document, and continuously improve scalable and inclusive hiring processes
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s or Mater's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field2–3 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, ideally within startups or fast-paced environmentsProven success hiring for hardware and engineering roles is a mustSkilled in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms for proactive talent sourcingFamiliarity with candidate assessment techniques and structured interview processesExperience contributing to employer branding and talent marketing efforts is a plusData-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruitment metrics and analyticsBenefits
