What the role is all about :

We're seeking a Senior Engineer - Cloud (3-5 years’ experience) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of REA's cutting-edge products. You'll take a multifaceted approach to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency within the infrastructure domain. By strategically integrating automation, monitoring and incident response, you facilitate the evolution from traditional operations to a more customer-focused and agile approach.

While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include :

• Analyze both technical and business needs to remedy, design and implement solutions that enhance system reliability, fault tolerance, and response times.
• Collaborate across REA with development teams to ensure reliable system design from the start and recommend best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, driving continuous improvement and optimizing system performance.
• Provide detailed technical analysis of issues, lead remediation plans for mitigation and prevention.
• Take ownership and accountability of deliverables.
• Mentor other team members.
