️ Role : BMP Architect (Technical / Solution)

We’re looking for an experienced BMP Architect (Technical / Solution) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications within the Allianz BPM (Business Process Management) ecosystem.

As a part of Claidroid’s elite engineering team, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic solution design to drive delivery excellence for large-scale insurance and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee BMP / Modernized OPUS architecture aligned with Allianz global IT standards.

Provide technical consultancy and guidance to Agile teams on architecture best practices and technology stack.

Drive solution design, integration architecture, and ensure technical integrity of all components.

Lead efforts in Microservices , Java Spring Boot , Mongo DB , Kafka , Cloud (AWS / Azure) , and Container environments.

Participate in PI planning, Sprint 0, and client demos.

Mentor development teams, review deliverables, and assure adherence to coding and security standards.

Produce and maintain architecture artefacts— decision logs, sequence diagrams, component interaction diagrams.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and Gen AI-assisted development.

Skills & Experience

10–15 years in software development; 3+ years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.

Expertise in Microservice Architecture , Cloud Deployments (AWS / Azure) , and Modern Web Application Frameworks.

Hands-on with Java Spring Boot, Angular, Mongo DB, Kafka, Git Hub Actions, Jira, Sonar, Argo CD.

Strong understanding of NFRs (Security, Performance, Scalability).

Familiarity with ACM Processes, BPM Platforms , and Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certifications preferred.
