• Sourcing Candidates : Identifying potential candidates from various job portals and social channels.
• Candidate Analysis : Understanding and summarizing the candidates key strengths liabilities and requirements.
• Job Advertising : Advertising job openings on job boards the companys careers page and social media.
• Database Management : Maintaining and updating the recruitment database.
• Communication Skills : Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate Joiners : Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
• Self-Starter : Motivated detailed-oriented and results-driven individuals.
