Academic Counsellor (Closure Specialist) Role – KRAs
Job Summary :
- Make 100–120 warm calls / day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
- Daily : 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
- Monthly Targets - 6-10 Lakhs
- Handsome Uncapped Incentives
- Follow-ups via email & system generated calls.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Virtual meetings with decision-makers
- CRM updates & team coordination
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Work Details :
Hours : 10 AM – 8 PM Availabity (8 hrs of work) (Sun–Thu) | 1–2 hr break (SUNDAY Working)Off : Fri & Sat | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2 / monthSalary Date :3rd / 4th of each month(Cycle : 26th–25th) DM at 8881607499
