Role Description :

The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience Required : 1-5 Years

Education : UG / Graduate / PG (in Tourism)

Key Responsibility Areas :

• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul & Long Haul Destinations(Europe, Japan, Newzeland, Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam).
• Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
• Represent company values while speaking to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
