Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment services.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers such as CXOs, founders, and HR leaders.
  • Effectively present service offerings, building trust and credibility with prospects.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with successful service delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or consulting domains.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam .
  • Energetic, self-driven attitude with a strong desire to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and confidently propose tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
