Location : Anywhere in India (Hybrid - 10 days / month onsite)

Shift Timing : 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM IST

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with a strong functional understanding and implementation expertise. The candidate will work in a techno-functional capacity and lead or support large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The individual should be capable of designing scalable, efficient HCM solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (minimum 2-3 full cycle projects).

Design scalable solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud that align with business processes and requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud across various functional modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).

Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional specifications.

Support integrations and configurations from a techno-functional perspective.

Ensure high-quality deliverables in design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

Provide expert guidance on best practices and roadmap planning for HCM Cloud solutions.

Conduct training and knowledge transfer to client teams as needed.

Travel to the US for major milestones, if required.

Mandatory Skills :

Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architecture

Strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Experience with configuration, implementation, and integration

Desired Skills :

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Exposure to global HCM processes

Additional Details :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
