Selected candidates will focus on tax preparation, client coordination, and day-to-day collaboration with U.S. teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare U.S. tax returns for individuals and businesses, including Form 1040, Form 1065, and Form 1120SIdentify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance accuracyCollaborate with team members on review points and technical clarificationsCommunicate with clients to gather documentation and provide workflow updatesReview client data for accuracy and completenessParticipate in weekly learning sessions related to taxes and other advisory areasSupport the development and maintenance of strong client relationshipsExperience & Skill Requirements3–5 years of U.S. tax preparation experienceHands-on experience preparing both individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S)Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skillsExperience using CRM or workflow management systemsOther ConsiderationsWork-from-home positionPreference for candidates located in Ahmedabad or Gujarat , but open to Pan-India profilesWork in India business hours with partial overlap with U.S. teamsIdeal start date : January 1st Week .
