Company Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India .
We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator / Influencer who can craft engaging, impactful, and trend-driven content for DashCare’s digital platforms — including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
You will work closely with our creative and medical teams to translate complex men’s health topics into high-reach, relatable, and meaningful content. Your role will directly contribute to building awareness, educating audiences, and strengthening DashCare’s brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create high-performing short-form and long-form content (Reels, videos, posts, stories)
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them into DashCare’s brand voice
- Script, shoot, and present educational + relatable content around men’s wellness
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and creative leads for accurate information delivery
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and optimize content for maximum reach
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand storytelling
- Review analytics to understand what performs best and refine future content
