Required skill : Python / AWS

Duties :

Lead the architectural design and development of scalable web-based distributed solutions on AWS.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Design and implement AWS-based solutions using services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, SQS, Event Bridge.
Manage infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Contribute to full-stack development, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Datadog and AWS X-Ray.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and operational procedures.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with industry trends, AI Technologies, GenAI best practices & technologies, and AWS services, advocating for their adoption.

Required :

4+ years mandatory experience working with Python and supporting libraries, Poetry etc.

Proficiency in designing scalable, robust, and secure architectures for web-based distributed solutions using AWS.

4+ yeas of using AWS services like ECS, Lambda, SQS, RDS, Event Bridge Bus.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in participating in agile ceremonies

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to manage and provision cloud resources using Github Actions.

Strong work experience in Python development, including building secure, scalable API using framework such as FastAPI, Flask or Django

Strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

Experience working with Gen AI frameworks like Autogen, swarm. Prompt Engineering & Evals development.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in an Computer / Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline - AWS Certificate
