Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate ACCA Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ACCA qualification process and a proven track record of teaching or tutoring in accounting and finance. This role involves providing high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and helping them achieve their ACCA goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective ACCA tutoring sessions online as per ANSA methodology.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and materials tailored to the ACCA curriculum.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Support students in exam preparation, including strategies for tackling exam questions.
Stay updated on ACCA syllabus changes and best teaching practices.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualified ACCA Professional (Affiliate / Member) or equivalent professional qualification.

Atleast two years' experience in teaching or tutoring in accounting or finance. (Previous experience in teaching ACCA Qualification papers is an advantage, not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.

Proficient in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.

Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed.

Salary : Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
