Desktop Support

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop hardware support, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and store coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of troubleshooting and repairing desktop and surveillance systems, coordinating with vendors, and managing IT inventory and logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

Desktop & Hardware Support :

1. Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, printers, and another IT hardware.

2. Install and configure operating systems and basic software applications.

3. Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and security.

CCTV & Surveillance Systems :

1. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.

2. Diagnose and repair CCTV hardware issues (cameras, DVRs / NVRs, wiring, etc.).

3. Coordinate with vendors or service providers for complex CCTV issues.

Biometric & Access Control Coordination :

1. Handle installation and troubleshooting of biometric attendance devices.

2. Coordinate with biometric device vendors for integration or issue resolution.

3. Monitor and maintain biometric data logs in coordination with HR / Admin.

Store & Asset Coordination :

1. Maintain records of IT assets and consumables.

2. Coordinate with the store / warehouse team for IT stock issuance and tracking.

3. Keep inventory updated and assist in audits when required.
