Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include creating HR policies, resolving employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent is also a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management processes.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies, and managing compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent skills in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities to build and nurture a collaborative workplace culture.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a related field or HR certifications (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
