Our dynamic and growing team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Operations Specialist who will be instrumental in managing post-trade activities and ensuring operational accuracy across a range of asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Alternatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full trade lifecycle from execution to settlement across Fixed Income and other asset classes (Equities, Derivatives, FX, etc.)
• Reconciliations : Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems, custodians, fund administrators, and prime brokers.
• Settlement Monitoring : Monitor and resolve trade settlement issues across global markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Corporate Actions & Income Processing : Review and process corporate actions, dividends, and interest payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reporting : Generate and validate reports, including P&L, exposure, compliance, and risk reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• System & Process Optimisation : Collaborate with technology and project teams to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.
• Client Service : Liaise with portfolio managers, custodians, auditors, and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure smooth fund operations.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.
