Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.Understand client business needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements.Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.Candidate Sourcing & Management :Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals) to identify and attract top talent.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Manage candidate expectations and maintain consistent communication.Recruitment Process Management :Prepare compelling candidate profiles and present them to clients.Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for placed candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the ATS / CRM system.Market Intelligence :Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence.Contribute to market research and analysis to inform recruitment strategies.Business Development (if applicable) :Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Engage in networking activities to build a professional presence.
