Functional Responsibilities :

• Utilize business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Create and design reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Create semantic data models with dimensions, facts and relationships to build a robust business intelligence reporting environment.
• Collaborating with data team for the purpose of data collection, dashboard design and enhance existing business intelligence platforms.
• Develop and maintain a library of standardized reports and templates for SALIC business units and stakeholders.
• Customize reports to meet specific departmental or project requirements.
• Use data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and visually appealing manner, making it accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Adhere to data governance and security policies to protect sensitive or confidential data.
• Stay updated with the latest business intelligence tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
• Perform any other duties required from the Line Manager.
