HR Recruiter (Night Shift)

Shift : Night Shift (Cab facility will not be provided)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in CR Park, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid command of MS Office, and prior experience in domestic recruiting or campus placements. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and manage campus placement activities
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports using MS Office tools
• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes for selected candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet staffing needs
