We are the innovators of multiple biometric modality solutions comprising face, fingerprint and Iris. We have showcased the miracles of biometrics in identity management for wide range of applications in Government and Private Sectors. We have touched millions of lives globally by providing biometrics enabled smart cards to collect their monetary benefits from the Government in a most secured manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications from end to end.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Develop and manage server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design and maintain database schemas and interact with MongoDB using Mongoose.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Implement authentication and authorization security measures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to our continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Experience : 4-6 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
  • Front-End :
  • Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 / ES7+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • In-depth experience with React.js, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with state management libraries, preferably Redux or MobX.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM / Yarn.
  • Back-End :
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework.
  • Solid experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Thorough understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and async / await.
  • Database :
  • Proven experience with MongoDB / Oracle DB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency with Mongoose ODM for data modeling and validation.
  • General :
  • Proficient with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow / GitLab).
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress).
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
